Providing full service and having direct personal involvement with the client is essential to the home building process. I go with my clients to look at home sites, see how buildable they are, and how the home might be sited.
Then we sit down with architects/designers, determine budgets and plan what can be done to meet the client's needs as well as their budget. I will assist you in making all decisions necessary to have your home built the way you want it, documented in writing and priced accordingly before the contract is signed.
